Designed by the globally acclaimed Rafael Viñoly Architects, Faena Residences Miami is poised to be an architectural icon along the Miami River. As one of the final projects by the late Viñoly, it reflects his legacy of striking, influential design, joining a roster of his renowned works worldwide. This development will introduce 440 exclusive residences across two striking towers on a 1.8-acre site bordered by Southwest 4th Street, South Miami Avenue, and the riverfront. A two-story, 45,000-square-foot cultural center will connect the towers, embodying Faena’s dedication to excellence and creativity. Set to launch sales in Q4 of 2024, Faena Residences Miami will be a defining landmark in the city’s dynamic skyline.
