I have visited The Perigon sales gallery multiple times, both with clients and for my own assessment of the project in comparison to other high-end condominiums. It’s no secret that The Perigon is among my top choices in all of Miami. In my independent review, you’ll discover what makes this condo so unique and why it’s worth every dollar.
With 15 years of experience in the industry, I have a keen understanding of how to evaluate condominiums and discern which ones will thrive versus those that are simply overhyped. However, it’s important to remember that when purchasing, you’re selecting an individual floor plan. Therefore, I’d like to highlight the best floor plans in this project that offer exceptional value and stand out in the market. Having specialized in selling luxury and penthouse units for so long, I can confidently speak to what truly works.
My insights and observations regarding The Perigon’s floor plans are detailed in this article. Whether you dive into the content or just skim for key points, I hope you find it informative, and I encourage you to check out my conclusions at the end.

The 01 line, in particular, captures the eastern side of the condo and offers magnificent ocean views. This is the largest and most prime unit in the building.

The Perigon is an architecturally unique building that resembles a series of interconnected, intricate diamonds. One standout floor plan is the 06 line, which effectively forms a spacious cube with 3,808 square feet of interior space and an impressive 2,240 square feet of exterior space, featuring deep 10- to 12-foot terraces. Notably, as you ascend in the building, the 06 line offers even more expansive layouts.
In South Florida, we place a high value on outdoor terraces, which interestingly are not included in the price per square foot. Although these terraces are not under air conditioning, they provide livable, functional space ideal for dining and entertaining.
While this unit faces west, its strategic design allows for captivating 45-degree ocean views. The western vistas from this condo are truly stunning, showcasing the expansive Intracoastal waterway, the elegant mansions along Pinetree Drive,La Gorce Country Club, and the breathtaking Miami skyline. Importantly, unlike other beachfront areas, there are no low-rise buildings or multi-family projects to the west. The developer owns the land across the street and has no plans to obstruct these remarkable views.
The Perigon is elevated by 13 feet, placing the fourth floor 60 feet above ground level, ensuring unobstructed views no matter which floor you choose.
