      Fisher Island ranks as the most expensive zip code in the United States, and its reputation is well-deserved. With its distinct design elements and expanded amenities, Six will be the last new construction project on the island for the foreseeable future.

      The Residences at Six Fisher Island feature six distinct floor plans, along with several additional customizable units. All residences are spacious, ranging from 3,800 to just over 5,000 square feet, and when combined with adjacent units, they can expand to sizes of approximately 8,000 to 10,000 square feet for penthouses. Prices start at $3,800 per square foot for the mid-sized units. Designed for primary residences, these units boast ultra-luxury amenities, catering to the ultra-wealthy demographic that Miami increasingly attracts. For about 70-80% of buyers, these condos serve as second homes.

      In Miami, southeast corner units are typically the most sought after, as they receive abundant natural light due to their sun-facing orientation. At Fisher Island, this desirable layout is represented by the 01 line, which is nearly sold out, with only a few units still available. The 06 line also features corner residences with wraparound terraces. These expansive 5,000-square-foot units are priced around $20 million and offer stunning nighttime views of both the water and the downtown skyline. All condos come with 15-foot-deep terraces.

      If you’re looking for a slightly smaller unit and prefer something just under 4,000 square feet, consider the 02 line. This unit offers bright interiors and spectacular views.

      The Prices

      The price levels at Six Fisher Island are one of the highest in the Miami new construction market competing with top projects such as RivageShore Club, and Perigon. Prices start around $3,800 per SF for the center units and corner units start around $4,000 per SF.
