Brickell presently lacks a wide array of true primary residences that can effectively replace single-family homes. Finding a spacious 4-bedroom unit, especially one exceeding 3,000 square feet, is a challenge in this area. Despite rising demand, only a few new condos cater to those seeking large primary living spaces.
