-Parking Situation: With around 65 units and approximately 50 parking garages available, most residents should secure a garage. However, for those who do not, valet parking is the only alternative, which may not be preferred by some residents who prefer to park their own cars.
Verdict:
This is a condo for those who are looking to substitute a waterfront home in a primary neighborhood. Vita Grove Isle stands out as one of my top three favorite new Miami condo projects for its floor plans, views, location and finishes. In conclusion, Vita Grove Isle is poised for enduring value appreciation, making it a compelling investment in the Miami condo market.
